Amazing installation first seen at Nummy Nims. Tracy Neuls is an innovative shoe designer based in the UK and Nina Saunders is an artist that is famous for creating liquified furniture sculptures with strange animal parts.  Both artists are based in the UK.

I am drawn to the corner of this room designed by Jean Paul Gautier for the Elle Decoration Suite. It reminds me of a friendly haunted house.  The kind that a ghost like Casper would likely live in.  I just wish the rest of the space was designed in the same vein. The rest of it just looks a bit disjointed.

For about a year I have been idly looking for a cuckoo clock, and found some motivation this morning to gather together some potentials to add to my eclectic decor.  These ones are a bit more modern than the one I remember from my Grandmother's house.  Maybe more suited for my contemporary tastes.
