We stumbled upon Mogollon's work via Coute Que Coute this morning and were truly inspired. The duo coin themselves as brand identity designers, and have been lucky enough to work with Madonna. The work has a layered hand done look, but it is pixel perfect.
American artist Mike Bouchet installed a floating American style house on one of the many bodies of water in Venice at the 2009 Biennale. It promptly sunk and has now been resurrected at the Schirn Kunsthalle gallery in Frankfurt. The new installation is now of show through September 12th 2010.
Amazing installation first seen at Nummy Nims. Tracy Neuls is an innovative shoe designer based in the UK and Nina Saunders is an artist that is famous for creating liquified furniture sculptures with strange animal parts. Both artists are based in the UK.
A friend introduced me to Robert Longo's work last night over desert. I revisited the work this morning, and am really liking his water images.
