Job Posting: Full-Time Digital Producer

DFM is currently seeking a full-time Digital Producer! 


DFM is growing, and we're looking for some additional talent to add to our hardworking team! Our ideal is a candidate who is organized, timely, friendly, and hard working. A digital producer's primary responsibility is to consolidate and coordinate the creative work of the design team and build a product that will satisfy the client's overall requirements. This person may have web and graphic design skills that will assist in implementing digital media into a site.


Our ideal Digital Producer will combine project management and product development to complete a project. Pay rate for this position will be discussed during an interview. As we continue to grow, there is a good chance this role will expand as well.


Position requirements:

- A Bachelor’s Degree (no specific area is required - design, programming, marketing, or communications would likely be a good fit) 
- Experience in Interactive
- Experience in Content Management
- Detail oriented, Self motivated
- UX experience is a plus

Selvarey Rum Trade Show Booth

This month we are proud to show off the amazing trade show booth we created for our client Selvarey. A new brand of premium rum based in Los Angeles, Selvarey attended the WSWA convention this month to debut the brand in the wholesale market. DFM created the booth and tradeshow materials all the way from concept and designs to sourcing and overseeing of the various manufacturers used to bring the Selvarey brand to life. Below are a few shots of the finished booth from the actual trade show in Las Vegas - needless to say, we're so pleased with how everything turned out! Job Posting: E-Commerce Store Manager

DFM is currently seeking an E-Commerce Store Manager!


DFM is growing, and we're looking for some additional talent to add to our hardworking team! Our ideal E-Commerce Store Manager is a part-time candidate with some prior experience working with Wordpress, and light experience with project management and Excel. Experience with Magento, WYSIWYG editors, and Photoshop is a plus, but not required. The position will include managing a few e-commerce stores that we have built for our clients, including: uploading products, sizing photos, uploading promotional graphics, and communicating progress to clients.


This is a part time, entry level position, and our ideal candidate is a recent graduate who is very detail oriented, organized, hardworking, and learns very quickly.

Website Launch: Velvet-Tees.com

We're happy to announce that after several months of hard work from both the Velvet & DFM teams, the new Velvet-Tees.com is finally launched! As Velvet expanded their business and moved to a new warehouse, a new website was designed and built to include several upgrades, including: a sleeker user interface, responsive web design for mobile and tablet, a fully integrated blog, and full integration with UPS shipping. Hulabye Packaging

We're happy to announce that our packaging for Hulabye is finally finished and seeing some action! Our client Erin sent photos of the final product at her booth (seen below) and reported hearing plenty of great comments on how it looks. New Client: Spatz Laboratories

We are very pleased to announce that we are working with a new client in the beauty industry, SPATZ Laboratories. This Southern Californian company is a contract manufacturer of cosmetics that has hired DFM to give its corporate brand a new look and feel. In addition, DFM will also design some fabulous retail displays to give the products a beautiful new home on store shelves and at shows. Needless to say, we couldn't be more excited about this project (did someone say test subjects?)





Job Posting: Part-Time Project Coordinator

DFM is currently seeking a part-time Project Coordinator! 


We’re looking for a candidate who is organized, timely, friendly, and hard working. Previous experience managing projects or as an executive/personal assistant is a major plus, but not required.


Our ideal Project Coordinator will be entry level with part-time availability (3 days per week) to start. Pay rate for this position is entry-level and will be discussed during an interview. As we continue to grow, there is a good chance this role will grow with us.


We are a small, dedicated, and growing team that works fast and accomplishes a lot. We’ve been experiencing major growth over the past two years, and the addition of new clients means we’re in need of a little help to keep everything organized, on time, and on track. We already have strong, dedicated people in design, development, marketing, and client management who work diligently around-the-clock to get things done. A Project Coordinator would help the DFM team schedule client meetings/calls, determine priority levels for project tasks (specifically during the design and development process), keep everyone in the loop about project deadlines, and ensure all of our projects are organized and on schedule (adjusting for schedule changes as needed).


We love what we do, and we often tend to be a part of the target audience for the brands we’re building or designing for. Most of our clients are in the fashion, beauty, and retail industries; if that sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!


What you need for this position: 


  • A Bachelor’s Degree (no specific area is required - business, marketing, or communications would likely be a good fit) 
  • Strong, working knowledge of Excel and Google Docs - knowledge of other project management software is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with web design and development is a MAJOR plus, but not absolutely required.
  • A+ organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a drive to complete!
  • Excellent (and friendly!) verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Social Media & Marketing knowledge/interest is a big plus (this role would ideally function secondarily as an asset to the marketing team during downtime or periods when project management duties are light)
